Application Method:
1. Remove any old coating (if it is present)
2. File the nails
3. Perform a manicure
4. Wipe the nails with a degreaser
5. Apply TOUCH DEHYDRATOR
6. Proceed with your usual coating techniques
7. Drying Time: Dries in the air within 20 seconds.
