How to Work with Perfect Color:
- Apply Rubber Base LUNAmoon as a base layer. Do not remove the sticky layer.
- Optionally apply a milky or white base underneath.
- Apply the first thin coat of Perfect Color.
- Cure for 90 seconds.
- Apply the second thin coat for the perfect color payoff.
- Cure for 90 seconds.
- Finish with a top coat for maximum shine.
